Founder & CEO
Michael Berman is the founder and CEO of Ncontracts, a leading provider of risk management solutions. His extensive background in legal and regulatory matters has afforded him unique insights into solving operational risk management challenges and is driven by the Ncontracts mission to efficiently and effectively manage operational risk. During his legal career, Mr. Berman was involved in numerous regulatory and compliance issues, contract management challenges, and assisted in the development of information systems to better manage these efforts. Prior to founding Ncontracts, he was General Counsel for Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Tecniflex, Inc. and Imagic Corporation. Mr. Berman is a well-regarded speaker at financial institution conferences on risk management. He received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and holds a J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee.
Heather Burdine Caruso
As Ncontracts’ second employee, Heather Caruso has over 20 years of experience in providing paralegal and operational oversight. Prior to joining Ncontracts, Ms. Caruso held legal support positions at Asurion Corporation, Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc., Lord Corporation, Michelin North America, Inc, the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and the law firm of Wyche Burgess Freeman and Parham, PA. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She also graduated with honors from Greenville Technical College with an A.A. in Public Service (Paralegal Studies).
Senior Vice President, Marketing
Marnie’s versatile background in marketing strategies, product marketing, channel sales and relationship management gives her a strong foundation to oversee Ncontracts’ marketing program. Her industry insights in the financial services sector lend an important overlay to Ncontracts’ overall sales strategy and presence in the marketplace. Prior to joining Ncontracts, Ms. Keller served in leadership marketing and partnership roles for Continuity, Norse Payments, Quatrro Processing Services, and the CBANC Network. She started her career in financial services by serving as both Director of State Relations as well as Director of eMarketing and Brand Strategy for the Independent Community Bankers of America. She is a graduate of the College of New Rochelle.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Stacy Kilgore brings extensive knowledge of finance in a global environment, has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and business process improvements, and has led and supported numerous debt and equity capital raises. Prior to joining Ncontracts, he has served in senior finance roles at Movius Interactive Corporation, CDC Software, Witness Systems, and KPMG. Mr. Kilgore holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from California State University in Sacramento, and a Masters in Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business. He is a certified public accountant in the state of California.
Director of Human Resources
As the Director of Human Resources for Ncontracts, Sarah leads all people-focused strategies while creating innovative ways to engage employees and establishing a cohesive culture. She has extensive experience in all areas of Human Resources including talent engagement strategy, total rewards, performance management, professional development, employee wellness and culture enrichment. Prior to joining Ncontracts, Sarah’s experience includes HR expertise in the industries of healthcare, transportation and manufacturing. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, and a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, from The University of Toledo and is certified and recognized as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
EVP, Client Services
Ms. Outlaw leads the Ncontracts client support team, vendor account management team, risk services team, and contracts services team by leveraging her wealth of client service and operational experience. Most recently she served as Vice President Services at symplr, a healthcare SaaS credentialing and compliance company. Prior to that Ms. Outlaw served as Vice President of Operations at Kroll Background Screening. In these roles, she helped drive initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, improve operational efficiency, increase revenues and gross margins, all while investing in her teams’ development and success.
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Simpson leads our technology development efforts, backed by his acumen in the management and development of large-scale, data-driven mobile and web applications and streamlining software engineering development processes. Prior to joining Ncontracts, he served as CTO of Ingo Money, an organization dedicated to serving the underserved in banking, where his teams built the best in class Ingo Money Network mRDC platform. He also held a key banking industry position as Senior Manager of Development at ProfitStars, a Jack Henry Company, leading multiple teams engaged in developing ACH, Check Imaging, and other payment-related banking systems. Mr. Simpson has also held leadership roles with D&B Company, MDR, and Cerebra, in each position leading the development and implementation of game-changing technologies. He holds a B.S. in computer science from Boston University as well as an executive certificate in management and leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management.
EVP, Chief Sales Officer
Mr. Wasyliw is uniquely qualified to lead Ncontracts sales team given his formidable career as a results-driven C-level and sales executive with companies in the financial services sector. His strategic vision combined with industry knowledge allows him to build and align highly successful organizations, and pivot with regulatory disruptions. Mr. Wasyliw’s prowess for driving increased revenue and performance spans across leadership roles at firms such as Integrity Revenue Group, Tecniflex, and FISI Madison Financial. He is a native of Chicago and a graduate of Northwestern University.
